ATK-25 Alignment Tool Kit

5502/5503 – Manual Dynamometer Switch Box
Magtrol Models 5502 and 5503 are manually-operated switch boxes that permit the connection of up to three Magtrol Dynamometers to a single Dynamometer Controller. Use of the switch boxes facilitates quick and easy interfacing to multiple dynamometers without the need to disconnect and reconnect the brake and control cables.

5500/5501 – Manual Dynamometer Switch Boxes
Magtrol Models 5500 and 5501 are manually-operated switch boxes that permit the connection of up to three Magtrol Dynamometers to a single DSP7000 Dynamometer Controller. Use of the switch boxes facilitates quick and easy interfacing of multiple dynamometers without the necessity of disconnecting and reconnecting the brake and control cables.

SBB15 – Signal Breakout Box
Magtrol’s SBB15 Signal Breakout Box is designed to assist in the monitoring of speed, torque, and index signals obtained from either a Magtrol dynamometer or torque transducer. The easy-to-use SBB15 is simply inserted in series between a Magtrol controller and any Magtrol dynamometer or torque transducer.

PCB – Motor Power Connection Box
The PCB Power Connection Box is a simple interface connection for powering a motor under test. One end is attached to a customer-supplied power supply and the other end is attached, via lead wires, to a test motor.

Magtrol’s FRS Free-Run Speed Sensor is used for accurate measurement of the free-run speed of any motor under test.

RTM Series – Riser Kits for In-line Torque Transducers
Depending on the system configuration, a riser may be required to lift the transducer from the baseplate to the shaft height of the brake or dynamometer.

TCBS – Thermocouple Connection Box
The TCBS Thermocouple Connection Barrier Strip provides a method of connection between the data acquisition device and the monitored device up to 3 meters away.

PC-150 – 150 Amp Polarity Changer
The PC-150 Polarity Changer uses Magtrol’s M-TEST 7 Software to remotely switch the polarity of a DC power supply in order to reverse the direction of the motor under test.

Coupling Guards
Magtrol Coupling Guards are easily removable and designed to mount in front of Magtrol HD Series Dynamometers. They help prevent accidental coupling contact during rotation.

RSB – Remote Switch Box
The Remote Switch Box is used in conjunction with the TAB 825 Series Dynamometer Tables to control the on/off function of the blowers.

External Shunts
If currents continuously reach above 20 amps, an external sensor must be used. Magtrol offers different types of external shunts for use with Magtrol Power Analyzers.
